Step into spring this March with a three-part Nordic walking course. Enjoy exploring different areas of the Purbeck landscape and build on your technique as you progress with local Nordic walking expert Lynne.
Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking which makes it suitable for all levels of fitness and is enjoyed by athletes and casual walkers alike. The poles are used to propel your body forward making your feet feel light and eases pressure on the joints.
Enjoy learning this technique throughout a three session course in the beautiful Purbeck landscape, get to know your fellow walkers and the Nordic Walking community.
Booking essential. Course sessions run on Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th.
