Meet Paddington Bear at Swanage Railway
When? 21 Jun 2025 to 22 Jun 2025
Where? Swanage Railway - Swanage
“Things are always happening to me. I’m that sort of bear”
Come and meet everyone’s favourite railway bear Paddington at Swanage Railway on Saturday 21 June and Sunday 22 June and also return on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September.
You must purchase a timed event ticket to meet Paddington - so why not have a family fun filled day out on the Railway. Our railway attraction operates full- size steam and diesel passenger trains along the five and a half miles of line from Norden to Corfe Castle and down to the Victorian seaside town of Swanage. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a great family day out on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.
Your meet and greet will take place at Harmans Cross Village Hall which is next to Harmans Cross Station. We recommend starting your day at Swanage or Norden stations and travelling by train to Harmans Cross. There is no parking at Harmans Cross. Paddington will be making appearances at intervals on each day, beginning at the following times. 10:30, 12:00, 13:10, 14:30 and 15:50.
Don't forget your marmalade sandwiches.
