Shaftesbury Carols by Candlelight

When? 11 December 2019
Where? Shaftesbury

  • Shaftesbury Carols by Candlelight

Join us at St James' Church in Shaftesbury on Wednesday 11th December at 7pm for a magical candlelit evening featuring all your festive favourites.

Following the success of our inaugural carols in Shaftesbury last year, we're delighted to be returning to this beautiful town. Carols by Candlelight is already a firm favourite in the Julia's House events calendar in other areas, well known for a lively mix of celebrity and family readers, music and traditional carols. Last year's special guest readers included Blue Peter legend Valerie Singleton and BBC Radio 2 presenter Johnnie Walker.

You will be treated to some fabulous performances by local school and adult choirs, and there will of course be the opportunity for you to join in. Following the candlelit concert guests will be invited to stay on and enjoy mulled wine and mince pies.

See website below for booking.
