Wimborne St Giles Flower Festival

Wimborne St Giles holds a Church Flower Festival every year with a theme running through the arrangements. Discussing the theme is one of the decisions made early in the year.

This year we have decided on ‘OUR FAVOURITE BOOKS’. A popular decision which has resulted in some interesting titles, from ‘Winnie the Pooh’ to The Shepherd Boy of Bethlehem!

The dates are SATURDAY JULY 20th, SUNDAY JULY 21st and MONDAY JULY 22nd. The Church is open for viewing from10am—6pm.
Wimborne St Giles is renowned for its teas and refreshments are available inn the Village Hall 11am—5pm.
Songs of Praise ‘amongst the flowers’ will be held on SUNDAY 21st at 6pm, led by our Record, Rev. Robert Simpson.
All proceeds from the Flower Festival are given to the Church to keep up the maintenance of this beautiful Church. There is no entry fee but we hope you will be generous!
