Dorset Open Farm Sunday

04 June 2019

The LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) Open Farm Sunday is taking place this Sunday, 9th June 2019 and 10 different farms across Dorset are rightfully getting involved. Since 2006, Open Farm Sunday has seen over 2.2 million people experience the great things it has to offer, and you can see the success of last year here.

Open Farm Sunday involves farmers showcasing what it’s like to be a farmer and what really happens on a farm – from food, other farming products and the good they do to our countryside. This involves insightful information on the journey of each farm, along with fun and interesting activities to give you a taste of the farm life which is widely suitable to all ages.
