Seafood Festival at a Vineyard? Yes, Please!

The award-winning Dorset Seafood Festival may be taking a pause this year whilst the Weymouth site undergoes works, but seafood lovers need not despair. The organisers have teamed up with the beautiful Langham Wine Estate to host an intimate, boutique-style celebration: Langham & The Sea. Seafood and sparkling wine? A match made in heaven.
What to Expect
This festival leans into a more grown-up experience, with buses running from Dorchester South Train Station so you can leave the car at home and relax, with fares just £5 each way.
The Food: Mussels & fries, fish tacos, lobster rolls, grilled lobster, scallops, oysters, seafood paella, fish kebabs, scampi… all served up by hand-picked specialist stall holders.

Meet the Chefs: A stellar line-up awaits on the demo stage, led by festival favourite Steven Lamb. Expect entertaining conversations and delicious cooking demos from culinary stars including:
- Ben Chamkin (Catch at the Old Fish Market)
- Andy Tyrrell (Soulshine, Bridport)
- Radhika Mohandas (Dorshi, Bridport)
- Pete Miles (Dorset Oysters, talking all things oyster)
- Luke Bryant (The Clockspire, Sherborne)
- Charlie Jeffreys (MasterChef: The Professionals finalist)
Wine & Pairings: Wine and drinks correspondent Susy Atkins (The Telegraph) joins Langham Wine on stage for a special tasting of Langham’s acclaimed cuvées. Seating is limited to 100, so get there early if you want a spot.
Live Music: Local legends The Leggomen have curated an eclectic line-up and will also perform themselves, perfect for sipping fizz and feasting.
Shopping & More: Between tastings, browse art stalls, handmade pottery, sea-inspired homeware, jewellery, fashion, take a vineyard tour and more.
