GLOBALLS Weymouth: Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf

Indoor Family Fun in Weymouth
Something bold, bright, and incredibly fun has arrived in Weymouth. It’s unlike anywhere we’ve been before.
When we first heard about GLOBALLS Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf coming to Weymouth, we didn’t know much beyond the name, and while it sounded promising we didn’t quite realise what was in store. Early conversations with the Globalls team began last autumn, and it quickly became clear that something very special was on its way.
GLOBALLS Weymouth is the second venture for owners & creators Pat & Julie, who have been running a successful GLOBALLS in Brighton for around 10 years. After searching for the right location, they hit upon Weymouth in 2025, and have been working around the clock to open in time for the 2026 season.
We were invited for a sneak peek back in November last year, and we were, quite honestly, speechless! The vibrant artwork, glowing colours, and giant sculptural animals were stunning.
Fast forward to March, and GLOBALLS opened just in time for the Easter holidays. The finished experience is jaw-droppingly impressive; we soon booked our daughter’s birthday party following the launch.
There are two themed mini golf courses to choose from: Zoozilla and Dinotopia.
Zoozilla features giant zoo animal sculptures, all expertly painted in neon colours. The visuals are so eye-catching, if it wasn’t for the club in your hand, you could almost forget you're there to play mini golf. The courses themselves are great fun, with a mix of easier and more challenging holes, making it ideal for all ages.
Over in Dinotopia, the experience takes a local twist, reflecting the Jurassic Coast. The glowing dinosaur sculptures are incredible, with fluorescent triceratops, multi-coloured raptors, and a neon T-Rex bringing the space to life in a truly unique way. The attention to detail throughout both courses is fantastic.
Each experience also includes an adult-sized ball pit, great fun for both children and adults, and drop slides that add an exciting finish to the course. They’re sure to be a hit with visitors of all ages.
Whether you’re looking for something to do on a rainy day in Weymouth, a fun family outing, or a quirky date idea, GLOBALLS really does tick all the boxes and is well worth adding to your must-visit list.
After our daughter's birthday party experience, we asked for feedback from the birthday party guests:
One child said: “It was amazing. Some of the golf holes were a bit hard, but that made it more fun! The highlight was the giant ball pit, we got lost!”
The birthday girl said: “It was so fun that one of my friends has already booked to go again. The ball pit and slide were really cool, and my friends are still talking about it now!”
