The Jurassic Coast Trust’s Dinosaur Sleepover returns to Dorset Museum in Dorchester for 2023!
These ever-popular family events feature an evening of fun and varied activities led by our Jurassic Coast experts, plus a film and breakfast, and the chance to spend the night in this beautiful and historic museum in the heart of Dorchester.
Tickets:
£25.00 per person for both adults and children. Suitable for children aged 6-12 years.
Your ticket includes hot chocolate and biscuits in the evening, breakfast in the morning, and tea and coffee for the grown-ups.
5:45pm Start, 8am Finish (approximate).

Activities:
* Fossil Polishing - take home your own special souvenir!
* 'Pliosaur’s Lunch' fossil hunt activity in the Natural Dorset Gallery
* Story-time in Hardy’s Dorset Gallery
* Jurassic Coast arts and crafts
* Film screenings (one for older and one for younger children)


Details:
This event is recommended for children aged 6-12 years, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We ask that parents and carers please use discretion when booking your tickets to decide if the event is appropriate for your children. Any questions please contact us.
All proceeds go to the Jurassic Coast Trust, looking after England’s only Natural World Heritage Site for present and future generations to enjoy.
