Osprey Sprint Triathlon

The Osprey Sprint race will put good use to the months of winter training you will have put yourself through.
300m Pool Swim - 12 lengths of the pool starting at individual times 17k Bike - Around Portland Island, Visiting the Bill. 5k Run - Off road along Hamm Beach.
This is a perfect event for a fantastic start to the season.
Legacy café will be open for drinks and snacks during the event for your family to come along and spectate.
The race will start at 07:00 with each competitor starting on an individual start time, please enter an accurate swim time when registering for this event to prevent confusion on the day.
Enter your time in hrs: mins: sec format so a seven minute thirty second swim would look like 00:07:30
Registration will take place on the morning of the event, nothing will be sent in the post.
At registration you will receive everything you need for the race.
Registration and transition will open at 05:30 and close at 06:30
