Ease into your Sunday with a slow and soulful morning by the sea… everybody welcome. Just give it a try!
8:30am – Arrival & Herbal Tea
Gather with a warm cup of herbal tea, soak up the sea air, and get ready for a mindful morning together.
🌾 9:00am – Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness on the Beach
A nourishing, inclusive practice with gentle stretches, mindful movement, and simple breathwork to ground and soothe. We’ll finish with a guided relaxation, letting the sound of the waves wash over you.
🍳 10:00am – Brunch at Sally’s Chesil Beach Café, Abbotsbury
Tuck into a delicious brunch—fresh, local, and all included in the price!
🌸 £25 per person
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a blanket if you’d like, and an open heart.
