Step Into the Magic of Christmas at Santa’s Grotto!
Begin your enchanting Christmas adventure by collecting your Golden Ticket from our festive Christmas Shop, then set off on a sparkling journey along the Magical Trail that leads straight to Santa’s Grotto!
Along the way, stop by Santa’s Workshop, where you’ll meet Pickle Bottom the Elf (strawberry jam entertainments). Help her with some fun and festive activities as she gets everything ready for the big day.
Then it’s time for the highlight of your visit — a special meeting with Santa himself! Share your Christmas wishes, take a photo, and receive a present to take home as a magical keepsake of your visit.
It’s a festive experience full of wonder, joy, and Christmas cheer — perfect for the whole family!

This session will be a relaxed evening with calm lights, no music suited for SEN children.
£15 per child
£10 under 2's.
The experience is approx. 45 minutes per session.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time to begin your journey in the Christmas Shop.
