Sculpture by the Lakes: Fire and Food Feast

When? 29 July 2022
Where? Dorchester

  • Sculpture by the Lakes: Fire and Food Feast

Outdoor cooking at its finest awaits visitors to Sculpture by the Lakes at our Fire and Food Nights taking place throughout the summer months.

We will be welcoming guests to our new outdoor kitchen and newly-established The Bent Copper Bar, both located on a grassy bank of the River Frome at the heart of the sculpture park.

In this glorious setting Simon Gudgeon himself, globally-renowned sculptor, founder of Sculpture by the Lakes and head Chef James Howarth, will be preparing a delicious menu, demonstrating live fire cooking using BBQ’s from his own Studio Gudgeon range.

With a delicious six course tasting menu to include the finest meats and fish from local suppliers there will be something to tempt every palate, all ready to be enjoyed with a range of wines, beers and ciders.

There are few things more appealing about gathering with friends around a fire under a darkening sky and appreciating the alchemy of flames cooking food, so these special evenings are ser to be a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach!

These evenings are all about good conversations and sharing fine food. Due to constraints on table numbers, bookings of two people will be on a banquet table, bookings of four or more will have their own table, so gather your friends and make it a night to remember.
Book now for a perfect night of food, conversation, and relaxation in the most beautiful setting!

Six-course Tasting Menu £75 per person. To book email cafe@sculpturebythelakes.co.uk or telephone 07899 802483.
