Guitars On The Beach is the UK’s largest guitar festival at which hundreds of guitarists of all ages and abilities come together to simultaneously play together a selection of well-known songs and form Britain’s biggest band, performing on the beach in Lyme Regis in Dorset.

This year we’ll be incorporating a new [relatively speaking] section encouraging parents to play along with their children, plus a little bit of Country. But the usual GOTB rock will be intact, with great bands playing from 10 am to 10 pm and, of course, the much-anticipated playalong set which is the highlight of the event.

This year we’re sharing the day with Lyme hosting the UK Morris Dancing Festival, which will add to the fun. Details of which songs will feature in the sand band’s set will follow shortly.
