Monmouth - The West Country Rebellion

This year the Marine has produced a brand new community play telling the story of the Monmouth Rebellion which began in Lyme in 1685.

Monmouth, written by local writer Andrew Rattenbury (The Tempest of Lyme, Doc Martin, Golden Hour), will be performed by local actors, musicians and singers with a pre-play procession on Lyme Regis seafront before the show begins in the Marine Theatre.

Further dates on 13th to 15th July.
