Ringwood Eco Fair

When? 21 May 2022
Where? New Forest

  • Ringwood Eco Fair

Organised by the Rotary Club of Ringwood and Ringwood Actions for Climate Emergency (RACE) this year’s ECO fair is focusing on swapping and shopping locally.

Come along to learn more about some of the swaps you could make and take the opportunity to support local shops and businesses.

There will be local groups and businesses with planet friendly workshops, stalls and gifts at the Furlong and outside the Gateway Building close to Ringwood car park and the bus stops. Plus, from 1pm there will be a clothes and toy swap in the Meeting House.

Fun for all the family – bring your children along to swap their wellies, swap their boardgames or swap their toys. Opportunities to learn about beekeeping, trees, the work of the Marine Conservation Society and Community Composting.

There will be live music, Forest FM will be broadcasting from the event and you may even appear on Ringwood TV.

Want to become more self-sufficient and grow your own? Would like to know about alternative technologies like solar panels? Longing to explore electric cars? Want ideas for upcycling? Interested in reducing food waste? Then come along to the Furlong Shopping Centre from 10.30am to find out more!
