Monkey World is home to over 260 primates of 24 species, the majority of whom have been rescued from cruelty, abuse and the illegal wildlife trade. At the park, they are rehabilitated into family groups of their own kind, and live as naturally as possible in the 65 acre park.
As well as seeing the stars of TV’s Monkey Life, visitors can enjoy a picnic or grab a snack from the two kiosks open currently, browse the souvenirs in the gift shop, and let off some steam on the Great Ape play area- the south’s largest adventure playground, reopened for half-term!
