Legendary Darts ace Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor is heading to Weymouth as the sporting phenomenon of a night at the arrows hits the Weymouth Pavilion Ocean Room in the lead up to Christmas.
16-time World Champion Taylor retired from the professional tour following January’s World Championship final but is enjoying touring the world to showcase his skills – and a stop in Weymouth is on his list.
Taylor, who dominated professional darts for almost three decades, will be joined by former World Championship finalist Danny Noppert, of The Netherlands, and entertaining former pro turned top TV personality Wayne Mardle.
Rising professional stars Luke Humphries and Richard North, while former World Championship semi-finalist Andy Jenkins will also be appearing.
Taylor said: “I’m really looking forward to the night in Weymouth. This is what my retirement is all about – getting to visits different places that aren’t on the ProTour and meeting fans.
