  • Nativity on the Move

St Aldheim’s Church and the Friends of Radipole Park and Gardens invite You to Nativity on the Move.

Thursday 13th December starting at 6pm ending 7pm meeting at the tennis club car park.

St Aldhelm’s church invites everyone along to Radipole Gardens on Thursday 13th December to take part in Nativity on the Move.
You’ll make your way through the gardens lit by candles and torches and follow the story of the Christmas nativity.

There’ll be carol singing, live music, drama, scenery and real animals.
Follow Mary, Joseph and donkey on their long trek to find accommodation.

Meet the inn keeper who turned Mary and Joseph away that dark night.
Meet the three wise men with their precious gifts and follow the star.
Wonder at King Herod’s sumptuous Palace.

You’ll witness the shepherds bewilderment at the arrival of Angel Gabriel as they watched over their sheep. Your journey will end at the stable.

Don’t forget, come warmly dressed, bring a torch or lantern, and maybe a hot drink. If not, the Centenary Club kindly has kindly agreed to be open for people to go in and warm up with a hot drink or to use their toilets.

Starts at 6pm gathering at the tennis courts car park.

Somewhere lurking in the gloom will be a Roman centurion ready to ‘escort’ you on your journey!
