Have you got what it takes to be a Hospice Hero?
The KAPOW! course challenges you to run, climb, slide, duck and dodge as you take on our TEN unique obstacles. If you think you’re up to the challenge book your place today!
KAPOW! is a physical challenge, but it’s not a race – there’s no clock ticking and no pressure to set a Personal Best – you can take things at your own pace. The courses will be a 5k but you don’t have to run the whole way, and there’s no pressure to attempt every obstacle – although we hope you’ll want to have a go!
