Activate Performing Arts is bringing two shows by the fabulous Worldbeaters to Weymouth this September as part of We Are Weymouth’s Dusk Til Dark event.
Spark! is a high-energy, live music performance that will pop up in three Weymouth locations on the evening of the Friday 27 September. Worldbeaters will also be performing the world premiere of Fireflies, featuring drumming, light and performers from communities across Weymouth, on Saturday 28th September from Weymouth Esplanade.
Friday 27th September
Prepare to be amazed by “Spark!”, a high-energy live music performance featuring the exceptional percussion talents of Worldbeaters. This spectacular show will pop up in the following times and locations across Weymouth, filling the streets with pulsating rhythms and glowing performances:
Sunset 7.30 pm – Bowleaze Coveway
Dusk 9pm – Hope Square
Dark 10 pm – New Bond Street
Saturday 28th September
Witness the world premiere of “Fireflies” on Weymouth Esplanade from 8 pm. This eagerly awaited processional show will mesmerize spectators with a fusion of drumming, light, and community performers, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.
