Cranborne Farms: Open Farm Sunday

Come and see the farm from field to fork. We are mainly crops - wheat for bread, barley for beer, oilseed rape for diesel or vegetable oil and oats for porridge. We also have some cattle and sheep and an extensive environmental agenda to improve our soils and wildlife.
We will have a wide range of machines that prepare our soils for sowing, nurse the crops through their life and harvesting machinery. You can sit in the tractor cabs. We will have various breeds of cattle and sheep too.
If resources permit, we usually have a 1/2 hour trailer ride around some of the farm. Departure times vary but it is usually once we have a decent group size together to fill the trailer.
