The Dorset Museum Music Society are fortunate in being able to make use of the Victorian Hall of the Dorset Museum, a unique environment that continues to draw enthusiastic praise from our visiting artists.
Acclaimed for their “gusto, comradeship and sharp attack” (The Times), the Barbican Quartet was formed at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has rapidly achieved recognition as an outstanding young ensemble, winning many awards. They made their Wigmore Hall début in 2017 and went on to win the first prize in the 2019 Joseph Joachim International Chamber Music Competition.

Snowdrops: The First Flowers to Herald Spring in Dorset
