After the sudden loss of her closest friend and mentor, New York writer Iris finds herself the unexpected guardian of his beloved Great Dane, Apollo. Struggling with grief and writer’s block, she reluctantly welcomes the enormous dog into her small Manhattan apartment—only to discover that his presence, though disruptive, offers an unexpected source of connection. As the days unfold, an unlikely bond grows between them, gently guiding Iris toward healing, purpose, and a new sense of companionship.
